3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. Rider Responsibilities

When using ZOMO as a rider, you agree to:

Provide accurate location and trip information
Respect drivers and their vehicles
Pay the fare as displayed at the time of booking
Not engage in illegal activities during rides
Report any issues or incidents promptly

5. Driver Responsibilities

When using ZOMO as a driver, you agree to:

Maintain a valid license and vehicle registration
Provide safe and reliable transportation
Follow traffic laws and safety regulations
Treat riders with respect and professionalism
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety

6. Payments and Pricing

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. All fares are displayed before booking confirmation. Payment can be made via:

Cash
Credit/Debit cards
In-app wallet

ZOMO reserves the right to adjust pricing and implement surge pricing during high-demand periods.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Riders may cancel rides before driver arrival. Cancellation fees may apply. Refunds for prepaid rides are subject to our refund policy and will be processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the ZOMO platform are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZOMO provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZOMO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
